There is proof many organisations ? World Health Organisation, UN as well as vaccine companies such as Baxter and Novartis ? are part of a single system under the control of a core criminal group, who give the strategic leadership, and who have also funded the development, manufacturing and release of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a bioweapon substance in order to eliminate the people of the USA, and so gain control of the assets, resources etc of North America.
The motivation for the crime is classical robbery followed by murder although the scale and method are new in history.

Evidence is presented for contending that the defandants did conspire with each other and with others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving, among other entities, the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis, by first instructing for the bioenginneering and, then release of lethal biological agents, specifically, the so-called ?bird flu? virus and, the ?so-called? swine flu virus, in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination programme, which will be the means for the administration of a toxic biological agent using the delivery system of an injection, so causing death and injury to the people of the United States in violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (BWATA) passed into law in 1990, which extended the scope of bio-warfare materials regulation to include private individuals and non-state organizations, including corporations.
There is clear, verifiable and unambiguous proof that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, based in Deerfield, Ill, deliberately, wilfully and knowingly, sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus as one the most deadly bioweapons and supplied by the World Health Organisation, Geneva, Switzerland in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four countries and so nearly triggered a pandemic.
There is strong evidence that this event was part of a covert biological warfare against the targeted US population by infiltrating a spectrum of organisations so that they actually march as one phalanx to carry out their plan of genocide.

They have implemented an illegal and unconstitutional regulatory framework to compel people to accept mass vaccinations so that the people of America will not be allowed to refuse an untested vaccine and they will not be allowed to sue for compensation.

They have trained police and other security and health organisations such as Homeland Security and FEMA to carry out the programme of genocide, and to target American patriots calling for a return to the Constitution as terrorists.

They have made use of their control of the mainstream media to ensure that the people of America are given faulty information about the pandemic and so are more likely to accept the vaccines from the very same companies suspected of being involved in starting those same pandemics.
By eliminating the US population, they aim to acquire the resources and assets of the country at relatively little expense and without being held accountable because the programme of genocide is disguised as a necessary public health measure by the media and government agents they control.
They aim to introduce a new North American Union, including Canada and Mexico, under the authority of the Federal Reserve and patrolled by UN troops to maximise their political and economic control of the USA.
Specifically, evidence is presented that the vaccine company Baxter?s Austrian subsidiary deliberately released live bird flu virus in February, 2009, nearly triggering a pandemic.

The amount of material was 72 kilograms.
This material was sent to 16 labs in four countries under a false label.
The 72 kilos of live bird flu virus was destined for the seasonal flu vaccine.
The deadly mixture of live bird flu virus and human flu virus were mixed in a Biosecurity level 3 facility, where basic protocol and procedures would make it impossible to ever mix a live virus bioweapon with vaccine material by accident.
The mixture was a super-wide spectrum combination H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and live, unlabeled H5N1 viruses. If both strains were to incubate and recombine in a human host, a virus could mutate via "reassortment" into a virulent airborne weapon that would cause a pandemic.
The material was not radiated before it was sent out, leaving the deadly virus alive.
It was only detected when a lab member in a lab in the Czech Republic tested a portion on ferrets and these died.
Lab staff in Austria and the Czech Republic were subsequently given preventative treatment against the bird flu in hospitals in Vienna, Austria.
There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister is involved in a cover up because he sent a vet to examine the incident and Baxter was given a green light to continue as before.
WHO supplied the live bird flu virus which Baxter used in its 72 kilos of contaminated material.
WHO has supplied the funding, licences and regulatory framework for the development of the bird flu virus in labs and the ?anti-dote? vaccine.
WHO has deliberately and systematically suppressed and manipulated scientific facts on the virus and vaccines to serve the interests of the international crime syndicate group.
WHO issues talking points and statements that are propagandist in style and designed to sway public opinion in favour of the vaccine.
WHO has rushed to declare a pandemic level 6 in disregard for the science in order to justify commandeering, together with the UN, national US government agencies and authorities, setting up a control center in the WHO Pandemic Control Room which has supercomputers linked to the UN.
WHO redefined ?Pandemic? as ?Widespread, spreading from human to human but not particularly dangerous? changing it from its previous definition of ?widespread, rapidly spreading and very dangerous.
Legislation is in place which would require Americans to either submit to vaccination once a pandemic is declared by either the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Governor of your State or both.

Stockpiling specific vaccines and anti-viral medications are part of compliance with IHR.

1952 - At 20:23 p.m. over Suwon, Korea a silver coin-shaped object was seen spinning in a counterclockwise direction. The edges of the disc were dark blue, with its diameter seven times larger than its thickness. It changed course, paused, then rose vertically straight up. A bright yellow-white egg-shaped light flew at a slightly higher elevation than the planet Venus over Chicago, Illinois. Occasionally had a red tail light visible. 1964 - In Spring Valley, Nevada a spinning top-shaped UFO w pyramidal sides and a two-foot long pedestal was seen resting on the ground. It was about the size of a Jeep and was a "shiny plastic" color. It rose ten feet off the ground, then landed again. Took off and flew in a horizontal direction. Spring Valley, Nevada - 1964
1967 - Dogs howled when a UFO flew ten to twenty feet off the ground, making a low-pitched, droning noise, three miles north of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As police approached the object the light went out and the dogs stopped barking. The two principal witnesses could hear voices coming from the UFO, talking in a high-pitched, incomprehensible "gibberish" at 2:05 a.m. (Sources: David F. 1967 - On this night in Bethel, Connecticut six teenagers were sleeping out in the backyard of a home when they saw a bright light. They drove to Sunset Hill to get a better view and saw it was a domed disc with red and green flashing lights around the dome. Their car radio experienced interference when the object was in view. Several weeks later, some members of the group found an area of grass matted down where the object had hovered close to the ground. 1967 - At 10:30 p.m. Robert Luca was driving from Durham, Connecticut to Hamnonassett Beach when he saw two large, cigar-shaped objects in the sky. From one of them came two smaller objects; one flew to the east, the other to the west. One of the discs came towards him, descending in falling leaf motion behind some trees about 1/4 mile away. It was dull metallic in color. The next thing he remembered was arriving at the beach shortly before two a.m., with no memory of the intervening three hours. Under hypnosis in 1977, Luca remembered being nude in a room with a white floor, lighted by indirect blue white light. In a later session, he remembered being on a table in this room, with two "persons" at his head and feet. The entities had large baldheads, no noses and "tapered" faces. (Sources: David F. 1971 - A brilliant flash of light followed by a gust of wind were seen and felt in Stewart, Minnesota at 12:30 a.m. Ducks in the area were frantic. Two 8-meter wide crop circles were discovered in a cornfield. (Source: Coral E. Lorenzen, Encounters with UFO Occupants, p. 20).
1972 - At 12:50 p.m. small dark object ascended from the ground and joined a large, delta-shaped object overhead in Melville, Western Australia. Later that day a group of meteorology professors saw a wingless cigar-shaped UFO fly toward the east over Verona, Italy for 20 minutes beginning at 6:00 p.m. A 25-meter circular hole in the ground was found later. 1974 - A dog began barking at 1:15 a.m. when a domed disc-shaped UFO with red and white lights on top and an orange-lit rim with oval white lights landed in St-Cyrille-de-Wendover, Quebec. Three rings were found at the site, 19 feet in diameter with a 2-foot width. The grass inside the rings did not appear to be disturbed. 1976 - A woman and two teenage girls were driving on interstate highway I-680 in Pleasanton, California when they saw an eighty-foot long, 40-foot wide ellipsoidal object. It had a revoling bottom section with red and white panels of light. It was self-luminous, and kept pace with the car, flew over, then flew away over some houses. Pleasanton, California - 1976
1978 - At an evening baseball game in Medway, Massachusetts around 8 p.m. a silvery-gray domed disc came down low over the field and hovered, bobbed, wobbled, and moved behind some trees. It re-emerged, wobbled and hovered again for about a minute. Its distance was about 200-300 feet from the by-standers. (Richard Hall, MUFON UFO Journal, December 1978, pg. 16).
1984 - A bright circle trailing a red tail and flashing a beam of light from its circumference was seen hovering over Blairgowrie in the Orkney Islands, Scotland. A V-shaped object was seen to leave and return to the circular object several times. After awhile both objects faded away. 1993 - At 8:50 p.m. a private pilot at his home in Rognes, France sighted a black disc-shaped object flying quickly from the north to south at 3,000 feet altitude. He reported it to the police and Air Traffic Control. (Source: Phenomena magazine, issue no. 16).
1995 - A very shiny silvery egg-shaped object was seen in the northern sky from Batesburg, South Carolina at 7:00 p.m. The witness claimed to be very familiar with military aircraft and this was not that. At 7:30 p.m. a dark object flew over Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. It had flailing appendages, and moved slowly. It may have paced the witness.
