A new and fairly large Sunspot continues to rotate into view off the northeast limb. The image below is the latest available by SDO on Saturday morning. This region has produced numerous C-Class flares thus far, the largest of which being a C6.8 flare at 09:34 UTC Saturday morning. There will be a chance for an M-Class event.

I call this "smoking gun proof" because it is clearly a flash into the high RF like we've seen many times before.. only it is VERY quick and VERY intense.. and instead of having to wait 2 days to prove a storm hits...

Severe weather -- Damaging winds, Hail, and Possible tornadoes... Whether you're in the North , South, East, or West USA --- either you have been under strong cells, or will be soon.
From the Pacific Northwest USA -- Washington State, Idaho to the Northeast / New England ... strong storms.. damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes have broken out east and south of North Dakota... going down through Nebraska, and Iowa into Missouri and Illinois.
Also south Texas, up into Oklahoma --- we are seeing new lines of storms break out -- producing large hail and damaging winds already.
Overall, watch out in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, New York State, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts heading NE towards Maine.

Stay AWARE on this ! These cells are popping up rapidly --- have a severe weather plan ready -- make sure outside animals, property, and items should be also prepared for strong damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes to be with these cells.

Based upon past similar occurrences , Damaging winds, Hail, and possible tornadoes will most likely occur in these frequency injected areas.... usually the strongest parts of the storms hit the "shaped" epicenter.
Specific towns are named on the website post.. overall ... I would watch : Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska..

4.0 magnitude earthquake in SW Wyoming is rather sizable for the area .. surprised they deleted this one quite frankly... even for the USGS .. this one will get noticed by even the skeptics as a "WTH" moment.

Just after 8min 30seconds...... FLASH...BOOM and SHOCKWAVE ... car alarms etc..
The corner top of my roof was hit... right along the gutter on the inside of the gutter.
Lucky I still have electrical equipment intact !!
Camera placed out the window right around the corner .. lucky this time it wasn't resting on the edge of the gutter.
That makes a Tornado passing DIRECTLY over my house a day ago (watch that here):

Case in point to always have a plan and be prepared.. in this case.. a fire extinguisher would be a handy thing in case the roof was struck.
