Solar Update - Tiny sunspot 1051 located in the northern hemisphere has persisted for weeks, but is about to disappear it seems. In the southern hemisphere, both sunspots 1052 and 1053 are about to rotate onto the western limb.
Solar activity has been quiet since the C2.2 Solar flare on Thursday. This flare did take place around Sunspot 1052.
There is possibly a new sunspot about to rotate into view on the eastern limb. We will know more by this weekend.
