Patrick Geryl - How to Survive 2012 - Project Camelot & OneRadioNetwork interviews

Patrick Geryl
How to Survive 2012
"over 99% of the population will die"
LIVE - Monday, November 2nd. - 10 - 11 AM CST

Patrick Geryl is the author of 9 books. All of them became bestsellers.Since his childhood Patrick was also very interested in astronomy and up to now he studied hundreds of publications and books on this subject.

In his first published book on astronomy ("A new Space-Time Dimension", 1979), he launched an attack on the world famous relativity theory: he predicted several spectacular things that were connected to the universe. His predictions were confirmed in the last ten years, getting a lot of publicity in the Belgium press and television.

After the conversation with Mr. Geryl, Patrick Timpone talks about how he and his family will survive 2012 and takes your comments.

Through his astronomical knowledge, he discovered a trace leading to a high-developed civilization that was destroyed by a polar reversal. The descendants of this civilization, the Maya and Old Egyptians, predict a similar disaster for the year 2012. Noticing the urgency of this warning, Patrick started an intensive research and wrote three books on this subject.

The first book, "The Orion Prophecy", was published in 1998 in Belgium and Holland. "The World Cataclysm in 2012" was published in 2005 in the USA. "How to survive 2012" was published at the end of 2006.

After these publications, Patrick has been focusing on forming a survival group.

IslamOnline.net | US Offers Taliban 6 Provinces for 8 Bases

By Aamir Latif, IOL Correspondent

Mullah Zaeef, a former envoy to Pakistan, reportedly represented the Taliban side in the recent talks.

ISLAMABAD – Mon. Nov. 2, 2009 - The emboldened Taliban movement in Afghanistan turned down an American offer of power-sharing in exchange for accepting the presence of foreign troops, Afghan government sources confirmed.

"US negotiators had offered the Taliban leadership through Mullah Wakil Ahmed Mutawakkil (former Taliban foreign minister) that if they accept the presence of NATO troops in Afghanistan, they would be given the governorship of six provinces in the south and northeast," a senior Afghan Foreign Ministry official told IslamOnline.net requesting anonymity for not being authorized to talk about the sensitive issue with the media.

He said the talks, brokered by Saudi Arabia and Turkey, continued for weeks at different locations including the Afghan capital Kabul.

Saudi Arabia, along with Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, were the only states to recognize the Taliban regime which ruled Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001.

Turkish Prime Minister Reccap Erodgan has reportedly been active in brokering talks between the two sides.

His emissaries are in contact with Hizb-e-Islami (of former prime minister Gulbadin Hikmatyar) too because he is an important factor in northeastern Afghanistan."

A Taliban spokesman admitted indirect talks with the US.

"Yes, there were some indirect talks, but they did not work," Yousaf Ahmedi, the Taliban spokesman in southern Afghanistan, told IOL from an unknown location via satellite phone.

"There are some people who are conveying each others’ (Taliban and US) messages. But there were no direct talks between us and America," he explained.

Afghan and Taliban sources said Mutawakkil and Mullah Mohammad Zaeef, a former envoy to Pakistan who had taken part in previous talks, represented the Taliban side in the recent talks.

The US Embassy in Kabul denied any such talks.

"No, we are not holding any talks with Taliban," embassy spokeswoman Cathaline Haydan told IOL from Kabul.

Asked whether the US has offered any power-sharing formula to Taliban, she said she was not aware of any such offer.

"I don't know about any specific talks and the case you are reporting is not true."

Provinces for Bases

Source say that for the first time the American negotiators did not insist on the "minus-Mullah Omer" formula, which had been the main hurdle in previous talks between the two sides.

The Americans reportedly offered Taliban a form of power-sharing in return for accepting the presence of foreign troops.

"America wants 8 army and air force bases in different parts of Afghanistan in order to tackle the possible regrouping of Al-Qaeda network," the senior official said.

He named the possible hosts of the bases as Mazar-e-Sharif and Badakshan in north, Kandahar in south, Kabul, Herat in west, Jalalabad in northeast and Ghazni and Faryab in central Afghanistan.

In exchange, the US offered Taliban the governorship of the southern provinces of Kandahar, Zabul, Hilmand and Orazgan as well as the northeastern provinces of Nooristan and Kunar.

These provinces are the epicenter of resistance against the US-led foreign forces and are considered the strongholds of Taliban.

Orazgan and Hilmand are the home provinces of Taliban Supreme Commander Mullah Omer and Afghan President Hamid Karzai.

"But Taliban did not agree on that," said the senior official.

"Their demand was that America must give a deadline for its pull out if it wants negotiations to go on."

Ahmedi, the Taliban spokesman in southern Afghanistan, confirmed their principal position.

"Our point of view is very clear that until and unless foreign forces do not leave Afghanistan, no talks will turn out to be successful."

The ruling Taliban were ousted by the United States, which invaded Afghanistan shortly after the 9/11 attacks in 2001.

Since then, the Taliban have engaged in protracted guerrilla warfare against the US-led foreign troops and the Karzai government.

Star-Telegram.com | Buffett cuts BNSF deal at Fort Worth's Ashton Hotel

Posted Tuesday, Nov. 03, 2009

When Berkshire Hathaway announced Tuesday that it wanted to buy the shares it didn’t own in Fort Worth-based Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad company, things started falling into place for Matt Mildren.

Mildren owns The Ashton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, where Warren Buffett, Berkshire’s chief executive, and the rest of the Berkshire Hathaway board met two weeks ago for one of its annual off-site meetings.

“Now I understand why Mr. Buffett wanted all the staff out of the Ashton wine cellar Thursday night,” Mildren said Tuesday.

On the first night of their stay, Buffett had a private board dinner in the Ashton’s wine cellar and the hotel staff was under strict orders not come in the room unless otherwise summoned, Mildren said.

“I’m honored and hugely humbled, to say the least, that the biggest Berkshire Hathaway investment in history was cut at the little Ashton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth,” Mildren said.

Berkshire Hathaway booked the hotel six months ago, but based on Buffett’s comments on national television early Tuesday morning, the deal with BNSF wasn’t cut until Buffett arrived in Fort Worth on Oct. 22. The board meeting ended two days later.

Buffett even mentioned The Ashton — a 39-room boutique hotel at 610 Main St. — in his network interview. Mildren is appreciative for the plug, but said he fielded calls from friends wanting to know if he knew about the pending deal.

Buffett was appreciative, too. On Friday, The Ashton staff received a 5-pound box of See’s chocolates. Berkshire owns the California-based candy maker.

Part of the legitimate concern revolving around the year 2012 stems from the fact that the Maya were unquestionably gifted mathematicians and astronomers. Then, when the cover-up doesn't work anymore you admit a little bit and underplay the problem. VHeadline.com | Venezuela's proven gold reserves may be worth $200 billion in only 4-5 years!

November 3, 2009 - In a state of absolute panic, VenEconomy warns: "Less than a week ago, a bill that will turn the Central Bank into the government's petty cashbox was passed following its first debate, without prior public consultation. This Wednesday, it was revealed that, 15 days ago, Hugo Chavez gave approval, in council of ministers, for the Corporacion Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) to issue bonds for up to $3 billion, supposedly backed by future gold production. This raises the possibility that the international reserves will start to be used to finance the highly compromised state-owned companies."

The bourgeoisie all over the world ... in boardrooms and courtrooms ... is conniving and fighting each other, trying to sneak inside of Venezuela's gold mines. CVG has farmed out much of the gold mining to public-private joint ventures. But the State may want the company, entirely government-owned, to take control of a special gold mining project and $3 billion or less should get such a company going........

ColumbiaReports.com | 9,000 at risk from Galeras and Huila volcanos - Both volcanos are on a code orange alert and could errupt imminently

Around 9,000 people living in the risk zones of the Galeras and Huila volcanos have ignored orders to evacuate the vicinity, national emergency services warned Tuesday. Both volcanos are on a code orange alert and could errupt imminently.

"The community in the high threat area have listened to advice and have not evacuated to safe points. Occupation is minimal in the hostels we have provided, there are only 160 people. These shelters can accommodate five thousand people at least," national emergency services director Carlos Ivan Marquez told Caracol Radio.

Officials in southern Colombia Sunday issued a code orange alert for the newly-active Galeras volcano which they said could erupt in a matter of days or weeks.

Authorities said they are continuing to monitor the nearby Nevado del Huila volcano, also on orange alert, where sizeable volcanic activity also has been detected in recent weeks.

Marquez asked locals to heed emergency warnings and evacuate from the high risk areas.

The International Red Cross is maintaining constant monitoring of the two volcanos. The aid organization is ready to implement a hospital system and deliver humanitarian supplies of food if necessary.

iStockAnalysist.com | Buffett Buys Burlington Northern...But, why?

Tuesday, November 03, 2009 12:08 PM - On September 7th, 2007, I wrote an article entitled, "Why Warren Buffett is buying Burlington Northern (BNI)." Here is the article. You really need to read this article before you can begin to understand what I am going to say next.

I'm not taking anything away from Warren Buffett, but you need to understand that Buffett is privy to information that you and I don't have. I'm not talking about superior intelligence, I'm talking about knowing what direction our country is going before it actually happens.

Warren, while not intimately involved with the decision making process of the super rich, he is friends with these people. Having information in advance as to the direction a country is going would be extremely valuable to have.

It is no secret that the Bilderberg Group have been the designers of the globalism movement. Globalism began here in the U.S. with NAFTA, and has morphed into other movements such as CAFTA. The Bilderberg Group is behind the demise of the U.S. dollar, which they hope will be replaced eventually by a central North American currency called the Amero, or some sort of global currency.

If you haven't paid much attention, there have been guests on CNBC that have made the same statements- Video.

While Buffett isn't a member of the Bilderberg Group, he does have friends that are. Buffett, along with a few other very wealthy individuals, was recently invited to a private meeting (May 2009) with Bilderberg luminary, David Rockefeller- Article.

When ask to comment about the contents of the meeting, all the participants declined. If the meeting was to help the world, and do good, why were the contents of the meeting a big secret?

The bottom-line here is to get you to think. Get you to ask questions. To not be a robot when the TV set tells you something.

It's no secret that many, if not all politicians fear David Rockefeller. Here's a simple question...Why? All I can say is "follow the money".

AP | George W. Bush throws out first pitch in Japan - while protestors were throwing shoes at a cutout picture of him

TOKYO — November 3, 2009 - Former President George W. Bush threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Game 3 of the Japan Series between the Yomiuri Giants and Nippon Ham Fighters.

Bush, wearing a Yomiuri warmup jacket, took the mound Tuesday at Tokyo Dome and threw a pitch to Giants catcher Shinnosuke Abe that bounced once in the dirt before being caught.

Bush chatted briefly with several players after walking off the field and watched the game in a private box with former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi. Also in the box were Japanese home run king Sadaharu Oh and U.S. Ambassador John Roos.

The Giants won the game 7-4 to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series, Japan's version of the World Series.

AP | Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. - Tuesday agreed to buy Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp - $34 Billion

NEW YORK – Making a $34 billion bet on the future of the U.S. economy, Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. on Tuesday agreed to buy Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp.

"Berkshire's $34 billion investment in BNSF is a huge bet on that company, CEO Matt Rose and his team, and the railroad industry," Buffett said in a statement.

"Most important of all, however, it's an all-in wager on the economic future of the United States. I love these bets," he said.

Berkshire Hathaway already owns about 22 percent of Burlington Northern, and said it will pay $100 a share in cash and stock for the rest of the company, a 31.5 percent premium on Burlington Northern's Monday closing price. Shareholders have the option to convert their stock for a cash payment of $100 per share or receive Berkshire Class A or Class B common stock. Up to 60 percent of the deal is cash and 40 percent is in stock.

The majority of the stock in the deal will be Berkshire's "A" shares, but Berkshire's board also approved a 50-for-1 split of its Class B common stock for holders of smaller amounts of Burlington shares who opt for a share exchange rather than cash. Berkshire's Class B shares closed Monday at $3,265. With the split, each share will be worth $65.30. Burlington shares closed Monday at $76.07. The shares shot up 29 percent to $98.13 in premarket trading. Shares of other major rails rose as well.

The deal has been approved by the boards of both companies. It would be the biggest acquisition ever for Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Berkshire also owns MidAmerican Energy Holdings, which controls power companies in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. The railroad could be a strategic acquisition because its tracks run right through both regions, a major coal supply route for power plants.

The chairman of MidAmerican Energy has come out vocally against climate change legislation which targets coal-fired power plants.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe is the country's second-largest railroad with a market capitalization — the market value of the company's outstanding shares — of about $25.9 billion.

Last month the company reported third-quarter profit dropped 30 percent to $488 million, or $1.42 per share, as people continued to hold back on purchasing goods from stores and industrial production continued to struggle.
