SOLAR UPDATE - FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2011

B and C-Class flare activity continues around various Sunspots on the visible solar disk. Sunspot 1283 is currently the largest Sunspot on the earth facing side of the sun. There will remain the chance for C-Class flares and a small threat of an M-Class event.
