According to the article .. they said NO leak escaped the containment vessel... but inside the vessel, a leak did occur, thus causing the full scale "shutdown" of the working reactor.

Also a series of earthquakes nearby San Onofre today... but with california its hard to tell what is regular seismic activity, and what is out of the ordinary.
