One Full Year
Today, August 14, 2012 is significant as it marks 1 full year with an official visible Sunspot counted on each and every day. The current streak started on August 15, 2011. There were a few moments where the Sun nearly went spotless, only to rebound with new sunspots. The current Solar Cycle 24 remains weak in comparison to previous cycles in decades past.
