SolarHam.com | Solar Update - Wednesday SEPTEMBER 26, 2012 AT 9:35 PM CT

Updated image of the visible solar disk on Wednesday morning courtesy of the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA). The previously active former Sunspot 1564 rotated back into view off the southeast limb and appears to be an Alpha magnetic sunspot region. A better look will be available later today. The solar X-Rays indicate low level C-Class activity this morning, so things are fairly quiet. There is currently a low chance for an isolated M-Class solar flare.
