OK PEOPLE / OR SHEEPLE DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU THINK THIS IS LOL

AFTER I FIRST SAW THIS I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT OF HAARP. Then seeing all the attention from UFO poeple (which i have NO BONE TO PICK WITH) - and the fact that this thing is now the most viewed thing on Youtube, I have made this video to try and explain that this is the result of ELV WAVES - giga joules of energy being tranmitted and focusseed into the atmosphere.

Why now ? you may ask... Well its uncannt that this happens during COP15 - or have we forgotten about this ? Perhaps a LIVE demionstration for the delegates hmmm?

Well look it up do the research and don't believe some idiot saying its a UFO on a dupetube comment!

The Norwegian Version of this is called EISCAT.

YES its scary - and ? YES it has military applications!!!

There are definaitely links between these things and man made global warming!!!

EISCAT is an acronym for the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association. It operates three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 224 MHz, 931 MHz in Northern Scandinavia and one at 500 MHz on Svalbard, used to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere. At the Ramfjordmoen facility (near Tromsø, Norway) it also operates an ionospheric heater facility, similar to HAARP. Additional receiver stations are located in Sodankylä, Finland, and Kiruna, Sweden. The EISCAT Headquarters are also located in Kiruna.

EISCAT is funded and operated by research institutes and research councils of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Chicago News Bench | SPIRAL UFO IN CHINA SAME AS NORWAY

UPDATE, DEC 10, 2009: Russia admitted Thursday to another failed test of its much-touted Bulava intercontinental missile, after unusual lights were spotted from Norway across the border from the launch site. Story at WSJ.com with video... (Question: Why did Moscow initially deny that this was their missile?)

Alert: On the morning of December 9 there was an amazing "spiral UFO" seen in Norway (see "Videos of Bizarre 'Star Gate' Light Over Norway: Spiral UFO"). But we found a video (below) of a virtually identical incident in China. We also found a fascinating document (pdf) from the infamous Foreign Technology Division (DoD) with the enticing title "First UFO Incident For Our Country," authored by Long Ruyi (translated to English by Randy Dorsey), stamped October 7, 1983. The document's subtitle is "UFO incident causes sensation throughout half of China." On page 1 of the document, it's written that "According to the Chinese Association for UFO Research, such a huge spiral UFO has occurred at least three times in the last four years over northwest China. During the inquiry into these matters, three viewpoints have been formed: 'the metor theory', 'the aircraft theory', and 'the flying saucer theory'." (Emphasis added)

Catelijne Brokke jobs as bus driver in Hammerfest, and explains that she woke up at 04 o'clock Sunday. As usual, she started the day with a cup of coffee while she peered out of the window. Suddenly she saw a light in the dark sky, first as a spiral that was larger and larger.

- It was big as a full moon, and became more and more as a kind of explosion. I've never seen anything like that before, "she says.

Brokke is also a photographer and ran in and picked up the camera, and had captured the phenomenon. She estimates that lasted a total of between three and four minutes before it was gone.

You know what this is, or have you seen anything like this?

STRANGE LIGHTS OVER NORWAY: This morning in arctic Norway, onlookers were stunned when a gigantic luminous spiral formed in the northern sky. "We are used to seeing lots of auroras here in Norway, but this was different," says Nick Banbury of Harstad who witnessed the phenomenon on his way to work "between 7:50 and 8:00 a.m. local time."

The first reaction of many readers when they see this picture is Photoshop! Surely this must be a fake. But no, many independent observers witnessed and phtotographed the apparition. It is real.

Banbury continues: "It consisted initially of a green beam of light similar in color to the aurora with a mysterious rotating spiral at one end. This spiral then got bigger and bigger until it turned into a huge halo in the sky with the green beam extending down to Earth. According to press reports, this could be seen all over northern Norway and must therefore have been very high up in the atmosphere to be seen hundreds of km apart."

Many suggestions have been made to explain the phenomenon. The most popular (and plausible) so far is a botched rocket launch from a Russian submarine in the White Sea. Indeed, a rocket motor spinning out of control could explain the spiral pattern, but so far there is no confirmation that such a launch actually took place. Stay tuned for updates.

On another board someone posted about this and below is what was seen:

I live in Tromsø, which is a rather small town in the north of Norway. About an hour and a half ago this morning, at 07:45, I was awoken by my flatmate raving on about something "you just have to see!". Dizzy and confused I walked to the door, and peeking out at the sky I saw one of the most spectacular things I've ever been witness to. Now keep in mind that this far north, we barely have any sunlight at all this time of year, so it was still pitch dark outside. There was a spiral of light in the sky, expanding like some kind of green laser.

Now, in my town we see the Aurora Borealis every winter, so green lights in the sky is not a new phenomenon. Never the less, in my 20 years here I've never seen anything like this, and for a second I thought it looked like a huge explosion in the distance.

We returned inside with much speculation as to what this could be, and I scoured the internet for explanations. Now, at 09:00 the phenomenon has started popping up in articles on local northern news-sites, and appears to just have gone national.

This is not a hoax
I was taking long exposure shots on my right of airplanes taking off and the sunset colours in background.
I noticed what looked to be an airplane to my left, but as soon as I realized it was far from an airplane, I called inside for somebody else to see it and swung my tripod around.
Seeing that I already had the shutter release hooked up, I just clicked and hoped.
The light dimmed out in just about 20 seconds and I got the end of it all right here.
When I reviewed, I saw it was too dark, but max brighten brought this out of it.
I hope others saw it to and have some pics to share.
Very strange.... but I saw it first hand.

BTW... 9 second shot here, but I was set on f/16 for the faded sunset sky to my right.
And that's all that happened to me on this Sept 19, 2009
