Be alert ! 3/4 of the USA is under some form of severe weather now.
Every news channel has mentioned it by now... weather channel doing full coverage...

The midwest USA, South, North, Northwest, Western, Southwestern, and West coast are under severe weather (some form of tornadoes, damaging winds, hail, or winter weather alert).
Possible tornadoes, confirmed damaging winds in ALL above named areas -- hail breaking out as far north as Idaho/Wyoming.
Winter storm warnings/watches are in effect for AZ, NV, UT, CO, CA ... this is a VERY large low pressure system -- multiple scenarios at play here... the southern draw over mexico/gulf .. plus the very cold winter weather to the northwest ... mixing of the two extremes will give us the major severe weather "they" are talking about on all the different weather channels.
Worthy to note.. the large scalar outbreak yesterday over Kansas City to Jefferson City Missouri.. also south/central/east Kansas.
