The track of the current storms in Nebraska, Kansas is heading east northeast -- this means South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin --- time to prepare for imminent severe weather is NOW --- there are possible tornadoes, also for SURE damaging winds and hail. 
Make sure to secure loose outdoor items, protect the car (if you have one) and make any last minute preparations in case the severe weather turns violent in these areas.
