Mark Donahue, Fraternal Order of Police Chicago Lodge 7 president, did not give a reason for the cancellation, but the department has spent at least $2.2 million through July to secure the residence since Obama was elected. Though police will be reimbursed more than $1.5 million by the federal government, nearly $650,000 is not scheduled to be repaid.....
