The cup I used in this test is a stainless steel cup 3.73" dia x 3.66" tall and holds about 3 cups.
I used 10 ml (about 2 teaspoons) of SLX denatured alcohol in a shallow can lid and got 1 cup of water to a boil from 60-61 degrees in 4 minutes 33 seconds.
