This is not a hoax
I was taking long exposure shots on my right of airplanes taking off and the sunset colours in background.
I noticed what looked to be an airplane to my left, but as soon as I realized it was far from an airplane, I called inside for somebody else to see it and swung my tripod around.
Seeing that I already had the shutter release hooked up, I just clicked and hoped.
The light dimmed out in just about 20 seconds and I got the end of it all right here.
When I reviewed, I saw it was too dark, but max brighten brought this out of it.
I hope others saw it to and have some pics to share.
Very strange.... but I saw it first hand.
BTW... 9 second shot here, but I was set on f/16 for the faded sunset sky to my right.
