Sky this Week (YouTube Video)

Mostly full moon interferes with dark sky views this week. There are some Jupiter Great Red spot crossings visible as well as some moon transits to observe. ISS is not visible in the Denver area this week. Cassini team released some cool shots of aurora on Saturn. A nova has occurred in constellation Eradanus -- visually its magnitude +8.2. Impressive when compared with previous photos showing only a 17 magnitude star in the same place. Fun to photograph and observe changes in brightness over the coming weeks.
