If Obama looks different than Bush, it doesn’t mean that his approach to Russia and other foreign policy issues would be different, says James Joyner, Managing Director of the Atlantic Council.
“Ultimately I think that the Russian interests and the American interests are pretty much the same that they were six months ago and they haven’t changed because you have a new president in the White House.”
