CHAMBERLAIN, SD - Friday's rain was not what the city of Chamberlain needed. The Missouri River's already had a record crest in that area that could get even higher this weekend.
The river hit a new record of 72.8 feet last Saturday and the levels have been higher than that record ever since. City engineers say now they're worried about the safety of the town.
